Delone Plummer is a highly skilled and compassionate Advanced Practice Registered Nurse with a deep commitment to delivering exceptional healthcare services. With 15 years of experience in the field she has a proven track record of providing comprehensive and patient-centered care.

She earned her Master’s degree in nursing from Chamberlain University in 2018 and is board-certified in Family Practice, demonstrating her dedication to maintaining the highest standards of medical practice.

Areas of Expertise

Throughout her 15-year career as a nurse, she has had the privilege of working with in the Acute care settings as a Telemetry Nurse, mother baby, oncology, Step down ICU, medical surgical, group home and as a provider in Gastroenterology, family medicine, geriatrics, substance abuse and Women Health.

She is known for problem-solving, leadership, and communication skills. These strengths, combined with her passion for service and preventative care, make her well-suited for this role at Kaskaya.

Delone believes in a patient-centered approach to healthcare. She takes the time to listen to patients’ concerns, answer their questions, and involve them in their care decisions. Her compassionate and empathetic nature fosters trust and collaboration between her and her patients.

Community Involvement

Beyond her clinical practice, she is actively involved in the local community with feeding the homeless in Miami and Fort Lauderdale serves on the Board of Hope for Humanity project Inc which serves an orphanage in Haiti, and Dominican Republic. Her volunteer work, or advocacy for the voiceless and the vulnerable among us demonstrates her commitment to the community’s well-being.

Personal Interests

Outside of her medical practice, she enjoys camping, cooking, swimming, and traveling. She believes in a balanced life which allows her to bring a fresh perspective and energy to her work.
